The system

One system. A team to operate it.

Four connected layers that turn B2B capacity into relevant conversations, follow-up, and commercial learning.

B2B prospecting and U.S. sales development

Konecte builds and operates a commercial system for Latin American manufacturers and B2B service companies seeking U.S. buyers. We connect positioning, prospecting, calling, and CRM follow-up. Your team validates technical capacity and remains responsible for quoting, negotiation, and delivery.

What is a B2B commercial system?

It coordinates the offer, ideal customer, outreach channels, owners, and CRM. Its role does not end with a lead: each conversation needs a verifiable next step, and what the team learns must inform the strategy.

Which companies is it designed for?

For manufacturers and B2B service providers with a defined offer, capacity to serve the market, and an owner who can answer technical and commercial questions. If you cannot yet quote or deliver, address that gap before increasing outreach.

How is progress evaluated?

By separating activity, replies, qualified opportunities, and sales. We agree on criteria and responsibilities, then review each opportunity’s next step. We do not promise a meeting or sales count, and public results use conservative thresholds.

Frequently asked

Clarity before we start.

Konecte vs. an in-house team in Mexico: what changes?

An internal team offers control and knowledge of your operation. But hiring salespeople alone does not establish positioning, research, copy, calling, CRM, and follow-up for the U.S. Konecte integrates these capabilities with a LATAM–U.S. B2B focus. If you already have specialized leadership and the capacity to build the system, developing an internal team can also be a good decision.

Konecte vs. an in-house U.S. team: what changes?

A U.S. structure requires budgeting for salaries, benefits, recruiting, tools, training, and management. Knowing the U.S. market does not automatically mean knowing how to position a Latin American company with its buyers. Konecte focuses on that connection. An internal team makes sense when you need a permanent presence and can sustain it. We do not promise that one model is always cheaper.

Why a retainer instead of pay per lead?

Because the work starts before the first lead and continues after it. Research, strategy, assets, infrastructure, prospecting, calling, CRM, and follow-up require ongoing execution. A retainer pays for that scope and supports assessment of quality and progress, rather than incentivizing contact delivery alone.

Why a retainer instead of payment only for results?

Building and operating the system is real work, even before a sale. Closing also depends on the client’s pricing, capacity, response times, technical validation, and negotiation. A retainer pays for deliverables and operations within an agreed scope; it does not remove our responsibility to measure, report, and improve. Any variable component would require clear attribution rules and responsibilities.

Who retains the data and CRM?

Ownership, access, and responsibilities are agreed at the outset. The client retains visibility and access to the agreed data, assets, and commercial history.

How do you learn a technical operation?

We document capacity, differentiators, certifications, constraints, buying committees, and objections. The client validates technical claims before messages are activated.

What results do you guarantee?

We do not guarantee meetings, sales, or revenue. We define scope, owners, cadence, and measurement to assess progress and make evidence-based decisions.

What do you need from our team?

Technical knowledge, message validation, availability to handle opportunities, CRM discipline, and an internal owner with decision authority.
