Start with the decision, not the catalog.
A buyer does not evaluate a machine list in isolation. They assess whether your operation can solve a problem without introducing greater risk. Before writing messages, identify the decision: diversify supply, reduce dependency, develop a product, or sustain a program.
Turn attributes into evidence.
For each claim, prepare support: production ranges, materials, tolerances, current certifications, or a documented process. Do not use “superior quality” as a substitute for a specification the buyer can evaluate.
Test a specific commercial hypothesis.
Choose a segment, a role, and a problem. Define which response would validate interest and which objection would signal poor fit. Record both in the CRM before increasing volume.
